Chris & Donna Roberts: Munich, Germany
Chris and Donna Roberts are from Fellowship, and have been married twelve years as of 2006. After teaching high school history (Chris) and nursing (Donna) for several years, Chris went on Young Life staff in Knoxville, TN in the Fall of 1997. Since 2000 they have lived in Europe, most recently serving the Continental Europe regional office in Munich, Germany.
They have two children, Mac (born in 2000), and Madalena (born in 2003). Mac attends a German-speaking Kindergarten and will be joined by Madalena in the Fall of 2006. In addition to their work with Young Life, Chris and Donna enjoy exercise, playing sports, photography, and entertaining friends from all over the world in their home in Munich.
Chris is Director of Projects and Training for the Continental Europe region of Young Life. Anything of a logistical nature including service projects, camps, and conferences, Chris plans for the region. In addition, Chris directs staff training for the region, including training new hires and on-going training for our veteran staff. Donna serves through the use of our home. Last year we had more than twenty weeks’ worth of overnight guests, including staff, family, and friends from all over. Donna loves to cook and makes an especially fabulous chocolate cake, ensuring many repeat visitors! We both love to entertain, so please come see us!
Young Life’s mission in Europe flows out of their vision: “Every Kid, Everywhere, for Eternity.” We seek to go where the kids (teenagers) are, build relationships, and earn the right to tell kids about Jesus. Young Life is currently in 20 different areas ranging from Lisbon, Portugal in the West all the way to Romania in the East. Our staff are a mixture of Americans and Nationals from the various countries in which we serve.

Care packages
There are no restrictions, however do know that depending on the value, we may have to pay a 19% duty. Besides that, our kids love Kraft Mac & Cheese!
